TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It’s really important that you read, understand and accepting these Terms&Conditions as it sets out what you can expect from us.
We do change these Terms&Conditions from time to time and so you must always visit this page to see what changes we have made – we’ll assume that you have each time you contact us.
You are buying Services from us as a consumer and the following provisions apply.
You may have the right to cancel or change the booking 7 days before the booking date without giving any reason and we will refund the price that you have paid for.
You must contact us beforehand in writing or by email or phone.
The 7-days period will start on the date that you pay the deposit.
If you fail to inform us 7 days before the booking date no refunds or alternative place can be given.
If you are unable to attend your class you may send somebody else in your place and you must inform us at least an hour before the class.
If you would like to change to other suitable classes, the new booking will needs to be within 3 months of the original booking.
If you do not turn up to the class no refund or alternative place can be given.
Under 16's must be accompanied by a paying adult participant.
Please be on time for your class.
If you are late for more than 20 minutes of the time slot you have booked for, you will not be able to attend the class and no refund or alternative place can be given.
You will need to pay a deposit (at least half of the total price) or you can pay the full price at least 10 days before the class to secure your space/s.
If you fail to pay the deposit, your space/s may be given to the others without further notice.
Please send the bank payment receipt to our e-mail or any other sources providing by us.
DAMAGE OF EQUIPMENT IN THE WORKSHOP
You are responsible for any damage/s of equipment or tools caused by you.
And you will need to pay the actual price for the equipment/s or the tool/s that has been damaged.
You MUST follow all safety instructions given by the instructor at all times during the Class.
You understand and agree that:
- The product you will be making will, by its very nature, show signs of it having been handmade and will not have the same finish as if it had been made in a factory.
- Whilst we will help you to achieve the product, which will be a permanent reminder of your Class, and the processes we use comply with all proper standards, we can never guarantee that what you make will stand the test of time.
At _ODY METAL WORKSHOP, quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. However, product by its very nature is delicate. If you should experience the need for repair on any finished products please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please reference your Name, phone number, the date and time you have taken your class and Repair Issue.
_ODY METAL WORKSHOP will repair with a repair charges assessed on an individual basis.
